Incandescent (Knights Rebel MC, #1) by River Savage

Incandescent (Knights Rebels MC, #1)Incandescent by River Savage
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Holy fucking shit shit shit shit. This book, the author, everything deserves a 5* and more of a rating!

Love is just not words. Love is feeling and love is doing.

River Savage is amazing for how she took me as a reader on a journey of bliss. She's the reason I'm now in love with MC books, I didn't really have a keen interest before but thank you! It's everything the other MC books aren't, not your average cliché - drugs, sex, money, hookers etc - to be honest. Yes there was violence, of course there is, thats what trills me, but she kept the violence on a level where it was bearable and enticing, not at all extreme. And Amen to her for giving her my book husband who's an alpha male GOD who's obscenely possessive and sexy and beyond alongside an amazing sassy and smart mouthed woman! The Hero and Heroine individually and together were developed into character/s where you couldn't help but become intrigued with them which making them that much more unique and not all predictable. The fact that this is the first book of this author I've read and a book on a relationship between a student's parent with the teacher, was icing on the top.

"I can see myself catching fire, burning incandescently for him."

And holy moly, the quote above is exactly how I felt during the first few chapters and that's not even normal as it takes a while to grow any type of sentiment for a character. But with 37 year old, Phoenix Knight AKA Nix , president of Knight Rebels MC, I was ready to sell myself to him from the beginning. Jeez, there's no words to describe how utterly mouth-watering hot he was and damn, when the scenes with 29 year old, Kadence Turner began, that's when the ferocious, all consuming and never ending explosions began.

"If you kiss like that when you're not into it, I'd love to see how you kiss when you are."

***
"On one hand, I wanna hike that barely-there-sexy-as-fuck dress up and bury myself balls deep in you right now against this wall for every asshole to see that you're fucking mine." ... "But on, other hand, I wanna take you home, fuckin' make you wait for being a tease wearin' this outfit in public."

His cockiness and her smart never-stopping mouth was panty dropping worthy. His sexy mouth was a mouth I actually craved in all the possible ways as well, aha ;). The sex (lots of it), the teasing, the bickering, the chemistry, the tension, fondness, love, lust, understanding, his possessive/ nature, and the bond between them was veritably perfect. Just perfect!

"..I'll eat you for breakfast and then I'll feed you."

I've fought him and he's won. I've played him and he's won. I've surrendered to him, shed my shields, bared my soul, and he took it, owned me. Completely peeled me open, left me stripped and not once did he leave me alone.

They both have a place in my heart. I really hated her bastard of an ex - talk about douche-bags! I cried for what had happened to her to be honest, not at all fair. Actually not just her ex, even Nix's ex was a bitch, ugh. Zayden/Z is just a cute, adorable little guy, bless him and Kadence for being how she was with him! Not gonna lie, the scenes with Nix and Z pretty much confirmed how more sexy men actually are when with kids. Apart from that can I also just say how I enjoyed reading the secondary characters?!
This book man! It was just arggggggggh, beautiful to read. One of my favorite reads of this month and how great to end it with this?! Ya'll missing out if you ain't read it already! River Savage is just purely incredible!

Tank (Blue-Collar Billionaires, #1) by M. Malone

Tank (Blue-Collar Billionaires, #1)Tank by M. Malone
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Oooooh, this book is worth the 5*'s of rating, more to be honest!!

M. Malone's writing was just irresistible not to enjoy. Seriously though, considering it was my first time reading her books I thought I would take my time completing it so to say that I was surprised to be nearly done reading it is an understatement. I felt like I was on a non-existent hangover where I didn't remember how I got to the place I ended up on, ha! But the things I would remember if I were to be on a hangover - it had the perfect amount of humor, love/chemistry, sadness (this not being over-dramatic made it so much better), protectiveness, and not forgetting the major sexyness. Also, I seriously loved how there was a leveled consistency of the story, not too boring nor too overly over the top, it was in-between and just perfect!! And the dual POV was just icing on the top!

"..Asking for help doesn't make you weak. It's okay to let someone catch you."

Tanner Marshall AKA Tank is godddamn sexy, hot, charming and too damn alluring. Yup, deffo one of my book boyfriends now. Ahhh, my heart literally cried for him and how he dealt with his 'daddy issues' but I suppose how the book ended it made up for the loss of having no father around, not in a major way but yes, it somehow made it better! I deffo 'tolerated' Maxwell after this revelation I suppose. The responsibilities he faced for his mom though and how he dealt with them was inspiring to be honest. His relationship with Emma was just sexy and compassionate. I give him props for being there for her in all the ways imaginable! Not forgetting his long lost brothers and their love for one another. All in all, I love the guy and his imperfections, obviously I found his vulnerability quite hot as well, not forgetting his sexy mouth either!

"..I'm strong enough. I will be your anchor. And I will never let you down."

***
"I don't know what the future will bring but I need to know that you'll be a part of it. I need to know that you'll be there with me as I face it."

Emma Shaw and god, bless her! She was too cute and totally a girl I would become bestie's with! I loved how she did go through her problems but they weren't over-dramatized, she faced them and dealt with it by herself!!! I adored her animal-loving personality and then influencing that onto Tank was endearing and humorous at the same time. I loved it! Definitely not your everyday heroine. Her life wasn't any simpler either, her relationship with her sister, Ivy was rocky - I did dislike her for a while but the circumstances were as such too so I understood I guess. And as it did for Tank, my heart cried for her too with acknowledging her past story and how she built new relationships, especially with Tank!! I loved her even more for being understanding and tender-hearted with him!!

"I'm yours." she insists, "And you are mine."

Basically, these two are now one of my favorite couple, I seriously enjoyed reading this and the only regret I have? Is reading too quickly! But I cannot say I didn't enjoy it. Depends of the reader I suppose whether their relationship was insta-love or not. I don't think so, but how they developed as characters and together and individually was amazing, also it take him a while to go out with her!! I recommend, honestly.

Hudson (Fixed, #4) by Laurelin Paige

Hudson (Fixed, #4)Hudson by Laurelin Paige
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Holy Shit! So this was my first time indulging in Laurelin Paige's writing and damn, I was in a roller coaster.

"I can easily divide my life into two parts—before her and after.."

It was about time I completed this series to be honest, as it's been on my TBR for months now and boy, did I miss out by not reading sooner. Laurelin, you are AMAZEBALLS for being able to give us his POV from the 3 books. I loved how you took us readers on a ride where you can't help but feel every sensation which are just the perfect amount of sexy, love, humor, dislike, angst, - every emotion - revelations, jealousy, drama, alpha maleness, just everything!! This book definitely made up for the parts which were missed out from the trilogy, even then, them 3 books were set in quintessential length thus gave the characters ample time to develop and not be rushed in comparison to many other novels, so absolutely this will keep your interest thoroughly peaked!! Hudson is for sure the best interpretation of the main character (hero) I’ve read.

"How could I be expected to identify light when I dwell in total darkness myself?"

Hudson Pierce and Alayna Withers is the couple to honestly adore. The saying, two negatives makes a postive seriously fits them. Both having negative pasts individually thus, together they become something positive as well as individually too. Their stubbornness, similarities, her recklessness and his sexy mouth/dominance is just divine.

"...but there is no doubt in my mind that we belong together. We fit together. We fix each other. We make each other whole"

Hudson Pierce is one mutherfucking sexy male. Damn, he was hot to visualize. Not gonna lie, I disliked him a bit for how he began his relationship with Alayna and not telling her but reading his side of things and getting to know him melted me and I couldn't hate him, not that I did anyway, how can you, especially when I fell harder for him!?! The life before Alayna was seriously where you couldn't help but want to comfort his problems/doubts away and make him realize there will be light!! I hated how Celia took advantage of his trust for her by betraying him by hurting him back - selfish cow! - and Sophia, his mother was just ugh, infuriating. She's the sociopath not him! I cried for him, I did. He didn't deserve not knowing how not to love or be loved. I am forever grateful to Mira though, for being his source of comfort. She and Chandler were a breath of fresh air. Not forgetting Jack, just like his son, he's charming!
Moreover, Hudson's vulnerability and acknowledging his emotions shredded me, especially how he fought for Alayna when all was revealed. Knowing what he went through, how he dealt with it and then exposing himself to her and to his newly discovered emotions was excruciating and a blessing at once, also having experienced that and then seeing how he developed into the Hudson we were ended with was just enthralling! Its indescribable.

"I love Alayna Withers. And each drop of that love is so laced with pain that it travels through my veins like acid, burning and scarring me from inside out."

"..The only thing you've asked for, the only thing I would never give you, was me." She tries to swallow back the gasp, but it comes out anyway. "But now I do" I throw my arms open wide. "Here I am, precious. I give myself freely. All of me, Alayna. No more walls or secrets or games or lies. I give you all of me, honestly. For forever, if you'll take it."

Still cannot believe the chapter to Hudson's and Alayna's story is finished but the ending made up for it and their story will be forever cherished, so yeah, basically, I recommend and it deserves more than the 5* 's. It's gonna be a while to get over this series, I'm still taking my time processing everything. whooo.

"When you love someone, their world interests you more than your own.."

Hold Me (Twist Me, #3) by Anna Zaires and Dima Zales

Hold Me (Twist Me, #3)Hold Me by Anna Zaires
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Before I start this review I would like to claim I'd be Julian's PET any day and anytime and let him be my CAPTOR.
But yes, I actually cried when I finished this book because it was over. That's how much I seriously enjoyed and became obsessed with it, like Julian would say. Ha. So yes, it deserves a full 5*+ rating!!

Starting with the first book in this series ( Twist Me), it was my first time reading Anna Zaires' books. And after finishing this book - Hold Me - I can say her writing is seriously amazing and is executed in a profound way where it differentiates from other Dark/Erotica genre's, by being that much more vigorous, deep, and passionate. In my opinion, its not your everyday romance nor is like any other Erotica Novel out there. Being based on both POV's, you receive more insight and allows you to see the depths of both the characters which makes the conclusion of the series that more bewildering and extraordinarily notable.

Julian Esguerra and Nora Leston are one of my favorite couples to be honest. Not your average Hero/Heroine, trust me; more like the Devil finding his Angel.

"I fight as though I'm fighting for my life, as though the man holding me is my worst enemy instead of my greatest love. I fight because he's strong enough to take the fury inside me. Because he's strong enough to take it away from me"

Julian's possessiveness and obsession with everything involved Nora was actually fucking hot! Compared to my three top Alpha Males, Julian is just, argggggghhh, can't even describe it. All I know, he was just sexy and hot, hot, hot! Even so, you do find him vulnerable and you can see it pouring out of him the way he latches on to Nora; his pet and wife. He protects whats his with his soul. Whilst reading this book, you see how Julian becomes more accepting and more open/cognizant of his emotions and the way he overwhelms you by expressing them is so different to the Julian we were first introduced to. The darkness that resides in him makes him that much more of a intense character which you understand the way the novel speaks from within his mind. I adored the way he cared for Ana and Rosa, not forgetting his right-hand man Lucas, this side of him that makes him more distinctive. And, and, I can't forget his dirty mouth and the words he spews out. Damn, my ovaries were dancing, that's for sure.

"Your pussy is so fucking wet" he whispers roughly as he pushes two large fingers into me. "So wet for me, and so tight..."

***
"Obsession, addiction, love-it's all the same thing. I can't live without you Nora. Losing you would destroy me. I can survive anything but that"

Nora is just an amazing woman! Her suffering from Stockholm's Syndrome, depends on how the reader sees it to be honest, but I believed her love and dependency for him was actually pure in a unique way, especially when he finally reciprocates, even though she suspects she does suffer from it but that doesn't deter her in any way! She is innocent in her own naive aspect. I love the fighter she becomes and the things she intentionally/unintentionally sacrifices for her captor and husband; her boldness towards specific situations-the way she fights for herself and everyone she loves is admirable. You can also see the transition she makes from the previous life to the life she lives now and the darkness she consumes, she uses it to her advantage and connects to Julian in a fervent way as well as developing herself a person.

"It's overwhelming, the feel of him, the way his body completely dominates and claims mine. I can't see, can't move. I'm drowning and he's my only salvation"

In one big whole conclusion, I fucking loved the series. Definitely one of my favourites. The things Nora and Julian went through together and individually as characters blows my mind away. I love them so much including the secondary characters too. Damn, I hope we get books on them. [Book on Lucas is out soon, soon! Woo.] Yup, Anna Zaires is unquestionably my favourite dark/erotic author out of 2. And the ending of this book seriously couldn't be better and that's no lie either. So yes, I recommend!!

"You can choose to live every moment in fear, or you can enjoy life"
